In this task, the Event Manager ensures the solutions are reviewed / tested and that the events are appropriately
addressed. For example:

When an alert was triggered, did the Event Analyst perform the resolution activities in time before it could become
an exception?

Was the resolution appropriate?
In cases where events have initiated other process like Incident Management, Problem Management or Change Management,
the review of actions taken would be under the scope of those processes and should not be duplicated as a part of Event
Management. However, the Event Manager should ensure that the handover between Event Management and the other processes
is carried out as designed and results in expected actions.
